Meet Jake Hutchinson, Owner

After years of long commutes and long hours in the union, Jake made a bold move to build a life closer to home and be present for the moments that matter most. What began as a leap of faith became Bold Move Builders, a company grounded in honesty, craftsmanship, and genuine relationships.

Family is at the heart of everything Jake and his wife, Rachel, do. Married in 2015, they’re proud parents to Hunter and Aria, two bright, lively kids who inspire every project.

From building an ADU for Jake’s mother-in-law to celebrating their ten-year anniversary with a backyard wedding, the Hutchinson family knows that home is where life happens. That’s why every project Jake takes on is more than construction; it’s about creating spaces where families can live, grow, and make lasting memories.
